HOW TO BOOK YOUR BRANDED EVENT

  1. Click CHECK AVAILABILITY and search for a venue and dates.
  2. Select a start and end time, and enter the number of participants.
  3. Fill in your event details and any questions, then make a deposit or book in full.
  4. Take comfort in knowing your event is scheduled and reserved. We’ll be in touch shortly.

The finer details

Private and branded events work much the same as our public sessions but there are some perks in addition to having the space for yourself.

  • BYO food and drinks. We have tables to use for display, glassware for drinks, water and a fridge. All food and serving equipment should be brought with.
  • Private events are priced per person and have a minimum of 10 paid seats.
  • Evening events may be booked if far enough in advance, by contacting us directly. Please note there is a higher minimum for evening sessions.
  • Private events run for 2-3 hours and we can generally adjust your start and end time a bit if you give us notice.
  • Choose any one of our artworks to paint during your session.
  • A commissioned painting for your event to reflect or celebrate your brand is available for an additional fee.
  • All ages are welcome for private events.
