Paint and Sip with Cork & Chroma in Sydney

We’ve been painting and sipping for some time now (our first studio in Brisbane opened in 2013!) and if there’s one thing we know it’s that paint and wine equals a really fun time. Paintbrush in one hand and wine glass in the other, you will take on the basics of painting with acrylics on canvas in a relaxed and social setting. Book into your local studio and choose your favourite painting from the calendar, BYO favourite bevy, and settle in for some painting, sipping, and singing along to our famous Cork & Chroma playlist. Each session is run by our experienced team of artists and lasts approximately three hours, at the end of which you will leave with your own artwork to take home.

As well as public sessions, we host private paint and sip sessions to celebrate all kinds of events, such as hens parties, work parties, and birthday parties. These can be held in studio, where you will have the space to yourself, or online, with the option of pre-purchasing art supplies and having them delivered to your door. We also offer ‘pop up’ events, where we bring the Cork & Chroma experience out into the community.

Surry Hills

Our Surry Hills studio is our original Sydney studio, nestled in the bustling ‘city’ of Sydney. It’s a stone’s throw from Crown Street, where you’ll find plenty of cafes and bars to enjoy some pre-painting merriment or post-session cheer. Arrive to your session a bit early? Pop over to Li’l Darlin for a cheeky wine and some tapas. While there is limited street parking available in the area, we recommend using public transport as the central train station and tram line are very close by.

St. Leonards

St. Leonards is our fifth and newest studio. It’s located right by Crow’s Nest, which is chock full of cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy a pre or post-painting sip or nibble. The St. Leonards train station is right nearby, otherwise there is limited free parking available in the evenings.
